I bought a Leibherr K3130 refrigerator which the company had delays due to its importation from the EU. During this time, I was regularly informed of how things were progressing by Appliance Direct. On being delivered within the time-slot they specified, the driver informing me about 30 minutes before its arrival. As I am a wheelchair user, the delivery driver made sure that the fridge was positioned just inside the doorway so that the base was clear of the raised door-stop. Excellent service! I'd definitely use AD again and have recommended them already to other people.
