Delivery- poor
I paid extra to get it delivered on the Saturday which it came on time etc, but I live in an upstairs flat and the delivery refused to take it up the stairs for me and just left in the main doorway. They said because of Covid they couldn’t do it. But if I were to have paid for someone to connect it they would’ve been allowed to come in. The attitude from one of the workers was poor and arrogant. I was left to get the washing machine up the stairs on my own
