The online purchase and delivery experience was good, with the washing machine arriving when scheduled and without damage.
So far (only 6 washes), the Haier HW80-B14636N has performed well.
However, there were (and still are) inconsistencies in the information about the washing machine on Appliance Direct's website regarding its warranty (is it 2 or 5 years?). My queries about this were responded to in a timely manner by the Appliance Direct customer service team but they could have been clearer in their communications.
