I purchased a Hotpoint washing machine and price was competitive. Wash cycles long but they can be adjusted on some of the cycles. I like the larger door. Quite quiet compared to my last machine. Appliance Direct kept me informed of delivery gave a delivery day and slot and rang before actually delivering. Delivery men very polite and put new machine just inside the door for me. My old appliance was removed for recycling. Although only had a few days but so far please with my new machine.
