If I was reviewing the product and price only, I’d have given 5 stars. I dropped a star however as I chose a specific day for a delivery on the drop down menu provided, as it was the only day everyone would be home to receive the delivery. The next day I received an email from the courier telling me that had the item on the van and it was out for delivery that day!! Why ask what date I want delivery if you’re just going to delivery when you fancy? That said...the air con unit is brilliant. Easy to install and doing a great job for a brilliant price.
