Sent broken dishwasher as a refurbished item twice. They had the gall to try to get me to defraud the manufacturer by having me demand manufacturer warranty repair.
Cut off all contact with me and refused rma after second faulty unit. Had to perform a chargeback through amazon pay.
Customer service was ignorant and rude, ignored distance selling act and just brass necked it, cancelled my second rma saying I had made no attempt to contact them.
If your reading this because your got scammed by them I suggest contacting your card issuer and requesting a chargeback. They will not fight it, and will have to pick up the item free of charge. It is not your responsibility to pay for their 'mistakes'.
