You handled my problems OK.
The only problem I had was, I had to return both microwaves before you would send replacements. This was done very speedily, but did delay me getting the microwaves. I thought delivery on part would have been more economical if you could have picked up the damaged microwaves when delivering a replacement. And quicker for me.
