There was a hiccup in that the original delivery date for my order was delayed by a week, although I was kept informed by Appliances Direct.
The induction hob was very poorly packaged - the carton wasn't sealed and was torn and had partially come open. The DPD driver was great and waited patiently while I removed the hob and checked for damage. Fortunately it appeared to be ok.
