I ordered a vacuum cleaner and dust base station, only the dust base station have arrived. They only sent 1 package as per the shipping label, it should have been 2. I've wasted days talking with 'Mia' in customer support who isn't investigating anything and is trying to make me write false statements such as that 'the order was nowhere to be found'. I'm not saying that. I didn't say that. Half the order came, the other half did not.
How many hours of my time do I need to waste before you send me what I paid for?
So disappointing...
