I was very happy with the customer service I received…communication was excellent….delivery was fast & the drivers were extremely polite, helpful & they adhered to all Covid 19 practices very well. I’m not one that likes to complain & it is a stunning Fridge/Freezer, however the description online stated black & even the box on arrival stated Icon-Black but once we had removed all packaging it was definitively not black…it was more Silver!! I’ve told the other half that I don’t want the hassle of sending it back & now he needs to re-decorate the kitchen! 🤷‍♀️
