I bought a double oven and when it arrived, it had been damaged. Spoke to someone who said that another one would be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. Spoke with someone and they said that it would be delivered the following day. That didn't happen. Spoke with someone else, they said that the replacement would be delivered the day after tomorrow. I spoke with someone else later to find out what time and was told that they didn't have any more in stock. Spoke with a manager and got a refund practically straight away, unlike other companies who make you wait a week or so. Not too happy that I had to find another oven but happy that I got my money back
