On the day of planned delivery for my fridge freezer, I got a message stating "Due to issues within the warehouse the stock has not been received into the correct depot to complete your delivery today. We will contact you as soon as we have an update. Sorry for any inconvenience caused", no contact since.
Unfortunate as I had to arrange time off work in advance of the delivery and have arranged temporary storage of my cold and frozen goods.
Disappointing experience.
