Ordered a dishwasher with removal of previous dishwasher and installation of new. On arrival, the team that arrived didn't know what they were meant to do (uninstall and take away old). They looked at the existing and said they would have to send the integration team out and that I would have to call customer services. After a long hold with customer services, they sent someone out the next day. They again didn't know why they had been sent. They looked at the existing Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and said they didn't know how to uninstall it. Fisher & Paykel are available on Appliances Direct. I had to call customer services again and approximate waiting and call completion time is about 30 minutes. They then sent someone 3 days later, who uninstalled the existing dishwasher but didn't have the relevant part to complete the installation - the asked me to order it from Amazon. I ordered it and called customer services to book in installation completion but didn't receive a confirmation email. Called them again today and discovered they hadn't booked it in! No apologies or compensation offered. They can only now on the 17th which is 17 days after the dishwasher arrived. No apologies or compensation offered by customer services. I've asked them to take away the dishwasher. I would recommend paying slightly more and actually having good service.
