Pleasantly surprised. I had a phone call the night before to confirm delivery and a quick chat. There was no hard sell.
The delivery driver and installer were excellent. They phoned ahead. They were extremely pleasant and courteous and went out of their way to fulfil our wishes. I could not recommend them more highly.
I would definitely recommend them.
