First delivery missing parts on cooker and damaged my lino flooring , second cooker with the same issue finally accept return after contacting head head of customer services. Refused claim on flooring saying they did not do it even when the drivers photo showed the cooker in the exact place of the damage. Shocking customer service avoid at all costs shocking delivery be warded the positive reviews they are a rarity getting things right. They are just liars don't believe anything they say. They won't care if they damage anything and just close your claim with no truthful reason a total disgrace of a company avoid all the buy it direct group of companies
