Our order was dealt with promptly and supported with clear emails regarding our collection information. Unfortunately the date of its arrival at the depot was moved several times which did cause a few problems . Our driver did struggle to actually find the correct building, and he wasn’t the only one in the day. So we would suggest better signage. Once there it did take 30 minutes to find our item but the staff were very helpful and it was soon loaded into our vehicle. Overall we have been very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend this company to others.
