Not really as described. I ordered a washing machine described as Grade A, refurbished, as it was considerably cheaper than the normal retail price. The description also said that refurbished models could be noisier than new machines. When it arrived, it seemed to be completely brand new, in unopened packaging and in absolutely perfect condition. Once installed, it's also far quieter than any washing machine I've ever owned, even on a 1600rpm spin. So much better than I was expecting and at almost 40% below retail price. Delivery driver even managed to get down a slope that's currently covered in a sheet of ice to deliver it.
