I had the Electriq ice cube maker as a Mother’s Day gift. 6 months after purchase it stopped working. I emailed and explained it had stopped working and I was asked to send pictures of my appliance. I sent those across and was told a new machine would be sent out straight away. I received it within 48 hours but I was in hospital. I didn’t open the replacement one for nearly 2 weeks. Once it was opened and switched on it was making a different noise to the first once. This one turned out to be faulty too. Communication was much slower this time and twice I was asked to send in pictures after I’d sent them. I sent a video too of the noise it made when turned on. After 4 days I’d heard nothing so made contact again. Again I got an email saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. I waited gor 48 hours and then I got another message telling me the appliance I had was not in stock. I picked something similar and then received a phone call 48 hours later asking if I wanted to reorder or get a refund. I chose the reorder and my new ice machine (exactly the same as other 2 )was with me 48 hrs later. Apart from the customer service being a bit slow I’m very happy with the service I received.
