This is the second time I have used Appliances Direct. Both good. The price this time was the best I could find. Ordering and payment straightforward. My credit card not billed until delivery. They kept me informed about delivery by email and 20 minutes before the van arrived they rang to tell me they were close. Two guys brought the appliance into the house and put it where I asked them to. So that was all exactly as it should be. I would definitely use them again. Please note: they sent me an email inviting this review. When I clicked the link, reviews.io gave me a warning: “Our system has noticed this company is cherry picking who to invite to leave a review. This will be skewing the overall rating. Some Reviews may have been removed from this profile”.
