I placed an order for 2 separate items and the first part of the order was delivered very promptly. However the 2nd part of my order was missed through no fault of Appliances Direct, just a lazy DPD driver who clearly couldn't be bothered to make the delivery and then tried to suggest that I wasn't available, which wasn't true. When I informed Appliances Direct of this issue, they immediately rectified the problem and I then received my item 24 hours later. Well done AD.
