Service from Appliance Direct was good. Item arrived on time via DPD. The product (DeLonghi Pinguino portable air conditioner) is a good quality machine but is flawed for use in the UK by the short hot air exhaust hose and equally short power cable. I had to buy an extension hose and coupler off Amazon (cost £40 in total) so that it gave the ability to place the exhaust hose in higher up UPVC window apertures. Overall, the air con unit does a great job in cooling down the rooms in these hot humid summer evenings and much easier to sleep at night. It's not too noisy compared with the cheaper versions but don't expect it to be super quiet either.
