PROS - Ordering was very easy and the website is easy to navigate around with good options to filter what you are looking for. Next day delivery is available on most items. I am happy with the washing machine I chose. CONS - I didn't receive a time slot until about 9am on the day of delivery so I made sure I was up from 7am (unnecessarily) in case it came first thing. Throughout the day my time slot and changed about 5 times - first it was earlier than planned then by the afternoon it changed to later than planned. Only by an hour or two each way but was a bit inconvenient.
