The company is OK, but a product recall process took longer than I expected. This is what happened:
1) An item I purchased was subject to a product recall
2) After a delay a replacement item (with collection of recalled item) was arranged
3) This did not happen, not sure why
4) I contacted Applicance Direct, and another swap was scheduled.
5) This was successfull.
So we go there in the end, but the product recall took two and half months! Not sure what caused the problem, maybe multiple issues.
