I had a problem with my new dehumidifier and, as usual, was expecting a battle with the supplier to get it exchanged. We've all been there, print label, take to depot, stall, quibble, etc.
Appliances Direct didn't argue or stall, they sent a van to collect the faulty machine and delivered a new one. Excellent service.
