I ordered Samsung s24 ultra, (on 22nd Dec) with charged delivery which was guaranteed for 24th Dec. (as it was a christmas present) as it was the only company offering that.
I recieved few calls from the team to sell me additional insurance but they had no clue for delivery. Had recieved email that it was delayed and will be 27th Dec. I did try calling them and emailing, they mentioned as it is "drop Shipment" they cannot track.
As part of the order it does not state that. Appliances direct needs to take full responsibility for the product. No clue when the item will be delivered. called customer service team, useless advisor and manager, 1 and half hour wasted.
