Appliance Direct have been fantastic, but the associated saga was not.
Purchased an ElectriQ dehumidifier. Because of a product recall Appliance Direct had to swap it for a different ElectriQ dehumidifier. This was OK, until the replacement failed after three months of operation. Appliance Direct had to swap it again. There was no cost to me, but not a good situation.
Appliance Direct have been fantastic, and I will use again. But I am not sure I will be purchasing another ElectriQ product!
