We purchased a dehumidifier and the Wi-Fi system did not function and it was collected (DHL) and a few days later we were called to say a replacement was going to be supplied. Good service I thought, only to find when I received the delivery notification I had to collect the unit involving a 60+ mile round trip to Donnington. So the replacement unit due to their faulty goods cost me time and fuel - you would have thought their faulty goods would be replaced back to my home address but no, that is not a good way to treat a long standing customer!
