Just purchased a Char-Broil BBQ. On unpacking the box I initially thought we were missing parts and phoned them to report such. It wasn't until the following morning that I realised there was still a box inside the main box, containing the parts I thought were missing!
I assembled the BBQ in about an hour or so, and it is VERY solid and well constructed.
Appliances Direct rang back to follow-up on the missing parts and I reported my own error to them
