Bought several items over last few years. The condition is exactly as reported. If there are slight scratches or small dents they are generally hidden when installed in kitchen. Might just be tgat packaging is missing. Items are still guaranteed. Customer service excellent (but beware premium tel no),delivery on time and helpful operatives. Saves money!
