Bought a Meaco dehumidifier at a good price on-line for collection in store, but with some hassle. Their website stated that it would be ready for collection on 3rd Jan but it wasn't. I had to do an on-line chat to speed things up but when I asked a further question the chat was ended by the person from Appliances Direct. I eventually got an email from them in the afternoon of the 4th that I could collect it, which I did. However the man at the desk was rushed and a bit abrupt.
Overall not a pleasant experience and will not buy anything from them again.
