I am pleased with the appliance, thou I was upset that the delivery company could not deliver on the agreed date, as I had to cancel an appointment to be here. It did come a week later and I did appreciate getting the delivery fee returned. I had expected it to be fitted and the old one taken away as I really thought I had signed up for that. But I guess I didn't pay for it. otherwise, I am pleased with the service I received via the phone from you. thank you. Juliette Nelson
