I ordered a dishwasher and washing machine. They confirmed the order and the delivery and installation.
They arrived without the dishwasher. They then installed the new washing machine where the dishwasher was, leaving me with two washing machines but no dishwasher at all. One of the installers was extremely rude and aggressive and simply couldn't understand what the problem was.
And when I checked my credit card statement, it showed that they had overcharged me.
Next Day Delivery? Cancelled three times.
