Apparently forgot to load the item? Seriously? How incompetent can one be? And that's just the tip of the iceberg... they couldn't be bothered to inform me (presumably they knew long before my scheduled time) and even when it was marked as 'failed' they couldn't be bothered to give a reason, nor did they bother emailing or replying to my email. I've really no idea what all others' positive reviews are about when it does this sort of thing...
