Terrible! Ordered a TV which was showing as in stock and paid extra for a designated delivery date. Waited a week and got a message to say that it was out with the courier so got rid of old TV and waited in for delivery. It was not delivered on the day and with no communication from ao.com. After I contacted them I was informed it wasn’t in stock. Customer services were horrendous to deal with... unhelpful and rude, despite their errors. After agreeing to take another TV, I was told I would have to wait another week for it to arrive and they would not deliver any quicker. Have had to ask for a refund and been left with no TV now - thanks a million ao.com! They are quick to take your money but don’t deliver your goods!!
