I ordered a Dualit architectural kettle, the first one arrived (dented & scratched) a replacement was sent, this one dripped from the spout, which the description says does not happen. Third time lucky, not a hope. The box was stuck up with gaffer tape, lid, kettle not even packaged, had finger prints all over it. It seems to me that either Dualit are supplying seconds or AO have no quality control.
I have no confidence in this company, & will never order from them again.
