I received exceptional customer service from Louise peet , 3 days before Christmas, my hot point freezer started dropping temp just 9 months after purchasing. Louise went above & beyond to get an engineer or a replacement, Louise handled my complaint so well I’ve had my trust restored, a true measure of a company is how they deal with complaints. Louise was simply outstanding and on Xmas Eve I had my new freezer delivered, I paid extra but it was so worth it. I’m so happy with my Samsung freezer. Thank you AO
