My delivery of a washing machine by crew AVV454 (Jacob and Dafydd) on Monday 25th Jan, went very smoothly. They were helpful and considerate, both wearing face masks and keeping to social distancing. I have no hesitation in recommending them. However the service on 24th, when the delivery should have been made was bad. Customers should not be kept waiting when the company was obviously aware that no deliveries would be made that day. A simple message advising customers could have been sent out which would have saved time and frustration and left a much better impression.
