From placing the order to delivery excellent service. Had to contact customer service to change order and they could not have been more helpful. My pipe was broken so staff were unable to complete the installation. They were so apologetic but within half hour I managed to get new part and complete myself. Divers ensured I was contacted by customer services. You don’t always get good service but AO delivered would recommend they go above and beyond
