We've been using AO for a number of years now for all electical goods from Tvs to tumble driers. The service has each time be faultless and straightforward. Delivery has great communication with time slot. We bought Panasonic smart TV only to find it wasn't that smart.(warning to all, Panasonic don't support Disney + and connect to other devices) Phoned customer service and they swooped the TV for a Sony bravia.
