Fantastic customer service, highly recommend! My fridge freezer broke down, the manufacturer-Samsung wouldn’t do anything about it. Complete waste of time, totally incompetent, insufferable customer service! Spent all day on the phone pleading with them, still- nothing. For only a 9-MONTH-OLD FRIDGE! 9 Months- come on! I was just about to give up when I decide to call AO (the supplies) as a last resort, and thank God I did! Tracy was extremely helpful and managed to negotiate a new fridge for me in no time. A true-life saver! Would have had to go 5 weeks without a fridge if it wasn’t for Tracy. Forever grateful! Will always buy from AO from now on.
