I had ordered a Neff fridge/freezer which was delivered in the worst state possible (most of the plastic containers inside cracked). When I requested them to send me substitutes for these,I was refused and asked to negotiate with Neff directly. They assumed no responsibility and between both of them did nothing from the customer's perspective except to burden me with a cheap second hand appliance
Never again did I dare purchase any appliances from AO.com
A zero star rating would have been most appropriate, had it been available
