Delivery today - washing machine damaged - unusable.
Driver was helpful and tried calling customer services held on for 40 minutes - no one answering phones - Took machine away and left us in limbo.
I have now been calling for ages and ages - again no one answering phones
Complete and utter waste of time for a company not to have a customer service number where no one answers phones !They have been emailing us and calling regarding selling us insurance - they can't even get the delivery right !!
