I bought a fridge freezer which was faulty, freezer fine, fridge not working at all. Delivery was fine,but on complaining was told to go to manufacturer as because it had been plugged in it was used and therefore returns policy is invalid. How can this be? You cannot know it is faulty and not fit for purpose until you plug it in!
Manufacturer would send an engineer in a week, then what? Parts? Replacement?
Eventually ao contacted manufacturer who arranged a replacement.
All day to agree to replace a faulty appliance. Not good enough.
Replacement arrived 2days later, correct day at 6.45amwithout warning. Fine for me but wouldn’t suit many people.
