I bought an electra oven july 2023. Problems started happening with the oven January 2024. Engineer came out and surveyed the oven and reported that the terminal block was missing from the Back. We have since contacted AO and the manufacturer Electra to which both are not taking responsibility for my oven being delivered faulty. I have only received £55.00 back as a goodwill gesture from AO. My oven cost £189.00 with Delivery. My oven has since been uplifted and taken away as scrap. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE FROM AO OR ELECTRA AS IF IT IS FAULTY THEY BOTH WILL DENY RESPONSIBILITY. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM BOTH AGAIN.
