I was actively lied to by them, horrible service, do not use.
I live up stairs and phoned them instead of ordering online so I could double check they would actually deliver it, I gave the exact details and confirmed multiple times with the person on the phone it would be delivered. When the delivery guy came he said he couldn't deliver it as it was too many stairs, even though the person on the phone has told me multiple times it would definitely be delivered. I took a day off work for them which was annoying, but the worst thing is being directly lied to.
