AO delivered my new Neff Oven and I paid an additional £89.99 for AO to fit the appliance. When the AO engineer had completed the work the oven clearly wasn't properly fitted into the units and he decided that there must be some parts missing. He took a photo and asked me to contact AO customer services. AO customer services contacted Neff and then AO told me that no parts were missing from the delivery. I wasn't satisfied so I contacted Neff myself and I was told by Neff that there were actually parts missing and Neff ordered them on my behalf and delivered the missing parts to my home. I again contacted AO who agreed to come back out and fit the missing parts. The AO engineer should have arrived this morning (1 week later) but when the engineer didn't arrive I contacted AO who have apologised and said that the fitting visit hadn't been properly logged in their system. They have re-arranged to re-fit the appliance in 3 days time. I'm extremely disappointed that AO have left me to source the missing parts that they should have delivered and after 3 weeks I am still waiting for AO to properly fit the appliance.
