Marvellous! Liam and Ross, crew number DEEV6OR, rang ahead of time and immediately grasped quite tricky instructions about how to bring the new fridge freezer and dishwasher in through the back garden - they arrived promptly and, very politely and cheerily, inspiring confidence that they would do an excellent job. And that is exactly what they did! They were very helpful and considerate, taking away the old fridge freezer first allowing me to freshen up the floor beneath it while they brought in the dishwasher. AO had been highly recommended by a friend and I can only say they lived up to the glowing report we had received. They were indeed friendly, efficient and altogether streets ahead of other outlets. It was not just the ease of booking the delivery ( no separate phone number and hassle getting through, ) that was impressive, but the extreme care and attention taken in bringing the appliances through the garden and the kitchen, setting them up precisely and accurately, making sure full instructions were passed over and that they were placed together, answering any queries and removing any packaging speedily and thoroughly. All done briskly and cheerily.
