I have recently had two different experiences with your delivery men. Last Friday 20th Sept I had a freezer and hob delivered to my home. The men were most rude and when I asked then to help me get the freezer out to the yard, one refused and went back out to his van. The other man was more helpful and did eventually help. Very disappointed. They very cleverly did not give me a feedback card or their names. However I had a cooker and microwave delivered to a community centre on Monday 23rd and these men were fantastic (Chris and Rod, crew no BDV32.) You need more men like them. P J Eddy.
