Had a replacement washing machine delivered under Hotpoint's fault, AO crew YA75 found when unpacking new one badly dented.
They re plumber the old one back and just awaiting a date for new one. My point is no fault of the crew who delivered, just there outstanding service, nice one ty hope that crew bring the new one.
