AO delivery team rang me to tell me they're delivering my TV this morning. Unfortunately I wasn't in my address to take receipt of the delivery, I explained that I cannot drive because I have a broke neck due to a rugby injury. The AO team delivered my TV to my alternative address 5 mile away. The team were very flexible and very helpful with the safety of the product and me. 10/10 service.
